On May 31, 2022, a consortium led by Beijing ZEHO Waterfront Ecological Environment Treatment Co., Ltd. (ZEHO ECO), together with its wholly owned subsidiaries (Beijing ZEHO Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and ZEHO (Shenzhen) Industrial Operation Management Co., Ltd.) and its joint venture Tangshan Huahai Green Low Carbon Technology Development Co., Ltd., successfully won the bid for the operation service project of Tangshan Huahai Park, It has undertaken the operation of the park covering an area of about 3769 square kilometers, including the built-up area of the 5th Hebei Garden Expo in the North District and the Huahai built-up area in the south central district. It will last for one year, and the bid winning amount is CNY 44.3428 million.

The bid winning project is the first relevant project to be implemented since the people’s Government of Kaiping District, Tangshan City and ZEHO ECO signed the investment cooperation framework agreement on building Tangshan Huahai Carbon Neutralization Technology Demonstration Zone on December 31, 2021, marking important substantive progress in bilateral cooperation. ZEHO ECO “Ecological Housekeeper” and “Kingdom of Life” are officially settled in Tangshan Huahai, which will have a positive impact on the development of the company’s two new strategic business segments of digital technology and industrial operation, and positively promote the company’s business performance in 2022 and subsequent years.

The overall operation and maintenance services within the project mainly include comprehensive services such as property management, greening maintenance, park operation and upgrading of the original infrastructure in the park. The total service area of the greening maintenance service is about 2million square meters, and the “ecological housekeeper” intelligent maintenance management system is innovatively introduced to realize the management and maintenance application of seedling management and comprehensive inspection and repair of ancillary facilities.

During the service process, the “Ecological Housekeeper” intelligent maintenance management system will realize the real “refined digital management” through “Internet +” services. It can realize fine real-time monitoring on all aspects of greening and maintenance of Tangshan Huahai Park from the perspective of managers, and by changing the traditional dispatching mode and establishing rapid emergency command and dispatching, it can realize real-time dispatching and feedback of vehicles, personnel and facilities, fully and reasonably allocate resources, and effective help to carry out fine maintenance.

This system can realize the innovation of assessment management mechanism through digital analysis. Through data model establishment and big data analysis, various management reports can be provided for managers to improve their work efficiency. The staff can collect, improve and enter the park maintenance infrastructure information, and carry out daily maintenance and update according to the management status, and assist the greening management and maintenance team in statistical analysis and work planning.
