ZEHO ECO Debuts AI Achievements at 2025 CIFTIS, Deepening Layout in River, Lake & Ocean Large Models and Intelligent Robots for Water Services & Cultural Tourism

On September 10, 2025, the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), themed "Digital Intelligence Leading the Way, Trade in Services Embracing New Vitality", kicked off at Shougang Park in Beijing. This year's CIFTIS closely aligns with the global development trends of the digital economy and intelligent industries, strengthens the application of technology and intelligence, and conveys to the world China's commitment to deepening opening-up.


As a leading enterprise deeply engaged in ecological environment governance for 28 years, ZEHO ECO was invited to participate in the exhibition and focused on showcasing its recent progress in the AI field. Currently, the company is in a business transformation stage, continuously deepening the strategy of "Consolidating Core Businesses + Fostering New Growth Drivers" — on the basis of refining and optimizing its two core businesses (water services and environmental governance, and cultural tourism in urban waterfront spaces), it takes AI technology as the core engine for business upgrading.




ZEHO ECO Introduces Its Recent AI Achievements to Visitors


Relying on the technological accumulation of national laboratories, in the first half of 2025, ZEHO ECO, together with Zhipu AI and the Third Institute of Oceanography, Ministry of Natural Resources, launched the "AI Knowledge Base" and China's first vertical large model for marine ecological restoration. At this CIFTIS, the River and Lake Ecological Restoration Large Model, jointly developed by ZEHO ECO, Zhipu AI, the National Engineering Research Center for Lake Pollution Control and Ecological Restoration, and VADI Design, also made a grand debut.

While accelerating its AI layout, ZEHO ECO focuses on exploring the innovative application of intelligent robots in water service environments and cultural tourism scenarios, and has carried out in-depth cooperation with Zhiyuan Robotics. The two parties focus on the two core scenarios of "water services and environmental governance" and "cultural tourism in urban waterfront spaces", promoting the transformation of intelligent robot technology from the "R&D end" to the "scene implementation end". With resources from national-level laboratories, R&D capabilities in ecological AI large models, as well as practical experience in over 500 ecological design projects and more than 160 major ecological projects, ZEHO ECO provides scenario support for the on-site implementation of intelligent robots; Zhiyuan Robotics complements this with its advantages in embodied intelligence and robot ontology technology.


Specifically, in the scenario of water services and environmental governance, the two parties focus on four directions: water safety, water environment, water ecology, and water landscape: In the field of water safety: Explore ways to enhance the automated inspection of water conservancy facilities, risk early warning, and emergency response capabilities. In the field of water environment: Promote intelligent monitoring and early warning of water quality, and emergency disposal of pollution. In the field of water ecology: Explore the application of intelligent technologies in ecological restoration and biodiversity conservation. In the field of water landscape: Promote the practice of robots in intelligent operation and maintenance of waterfront landscapes and smart public services. Through the in-depth integration of "large models + robots", the intelligent, precise, and safe upgrading of river, lake, and ocean governance in links such as data collection, inspection and monitoring, and flood control and disaster mitigation is realized — this not only reduces labor costs but also improves the accuracy of risk early warning.


In the scenario of cultural tourism in urban waterfront spaces, the two parties take urban waterfront halls and cultural tourism scenic spots as the core to create a new "culture + embodied intelligence" experience: Robots provide personalized guided tour services, empower cultural tourism performances with immersive content creation, facilitate IP image interaction and lean space operation, and create a new model of intelligent cultural tourism services. While enhancing the tourist experience and brand value, this also builds a differentiated competitive pattern and business closed loop for embodied intelligence in the cultural tourism market.


At present, the company's R&D team will carry out targeted secondary development of robots based on the actual application needs of the two core scenarios, and launch customized products to the market for sales. This "procurement - development - sales" business closed loop can not only improve the adaptability and competitiveness of products in specific scenarios but also further optimize ZEHO ECO's revenue structure, injecting new impetus into the company's future performance growth.


ZEHO ECO stated that the above-mentioned AI layout will further strengthen the company's integrated core competitiveness of "technology leadership + design and construction + operation and maintenance improvement", promote the extension of its business model from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) to EPCO (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation), help the enterprise break through the positioning of a traditional ecological environment technology operator, and realize the transformation and upgrading to a technology-driven product company.
