On May 10th, 2021, ZEHO ECO and Changsha Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as Changsha Planning Institute) successfully held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Changsha. 

ZEHO ECO’s leaders such as Vice Chairman Zhang Huipeng, Investment and Development President Li Biao, President of the Design Group Zhang Wen, and Strategic Vice President Chen Guipeng attended the event. And on the Changsha Planning Institute’s side, leaders such as Director Yang Xijie, Deputy Directors Xiao Hehua and Huang Wei, and Chief Construction Engineer Ma Qing attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

The two parties will have a close cooperation focusing on areas such as ecological conservation, ecological restoration, water environment remediation and ecological landscape construction.

The signing ceremony was hosted by Mr. Zhang Guangwen, Deputy Director of the Water Supply and Drainage and Environmental Engineering Design Department of the Changsha Planning Institute. And Mr. Yang Xijie, the institute’s director, introduced basic information about the institute. Established in 1973, the Changsha Planning Institute has formed three major business segments, namely municipal administration, architecture, and planning. On April 18th, 2021, China Railway Construction Engineering Group and Changsha Planning Institute held a reorganization meeting. As an exemplary design institution in Hunan Province, Changsha Planning Institute owns a reliable amount of resources in the local area, especially in Changsha City, and undertakes many projects in the fields of municipal administration, water supply and drainage, and environmental remediation.
